Lemon-Lager Chicken
8 chicken breasts
½ can beer
¼ cup Lemon or Lime juice
3 Tbs. Soy Sauce
½ Tbs. Olive Oil
2 tsp Oregano
1 tsp. Thyme
½ tsp. Pepper
2 tsp. Honey
¼ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbs. Chopped garlic
Combine the above ingredients into a gallon zip-lock bag, label and freeze.
Thaw and then cook on grill. Serve with salad, green beans, bread, or whatever.
