Pull Apart Pork Sandwiches



Pork Roast

1 McCormick Slow Cookers BBQ Pulled Pork seasoning packet

½ Cup brown sugar

1/3 Cup cider vinegar

½ Cup ketchup (as directed on seasoning packet.)


Put in gallon zip-lock bag, label, and freeze.


Thaw.  Crockpot on low all day, approx. 6-7 hours.  Shred the pork with knife/fork and leave in sauce.  Serve on buns. 


Good with fruit, raw veggies like carrots, celery.
