Pizza Pasta



Spray the bottom of two 9 by 13.


Cook 2 lbs of pasta (use penne or your choice) until slightly tender and drain. (1 lb goes in each pan)

Add 4 jars pizza sauce (2 in each pan)

½ Costco size ricotta cheese (1/4 in each pan)

1 Tbs. Garlic to taste, 1/2 or full Tbs in each pan

mozzarella cheese (I mix some in with the noodles and put some on top)  I don’t measure, sorry.

pepperoni (optional)


Cover the pans with aluminum foil or a lid and freeze.


Thaw completely.  Bake at 350 for 30-45 mins, until done.
